Belper Community Transport has personal and sensitive information gathered in the delivery of their legitimate interest as a community transport service.
Information we hold includes name, age, D.O.B, home address ,telephone numbers , email address, next of kin, details of mobility or access issues when using transport.
We receive personal and sensitive information with consent from members, customers, family members via a membership form or by booking a specified transport journey. .
We use personal and sensitive information in providing an agreed transport service. We share personal information with volunteers who undertake planned and agreed journeys
We receive personal and sensitive information about volunteers and trustees in recruiting to roles within the organisation.
We hold information relating to employment of any paid staff.
We receive limited personal information from people who signpost to support
Amber Valley CVS holds personal and sensitive information on our behalf to maintain a membership database , to co-ordinate journeys requested verbally or through a web booking and to process invoices for completed journeys.
We share anonymized data with those who fund us and anonymized stories for promotion and marketing purposes, We do not share information outside the UK/EU.
Our data is secured in locked or password protected files. We do not supply any of our data to external marketing companies.
